Pocket Edition 0.6.0 update detailed, will need Android 2.3

After Microsoft's mcpebox.com/minecraft-pe-mods/ acquisition of Mojang was announced earlier this month, the two Minecraft developer and Xbox division head Phil Spencer were quick to reassure fans that they can still plan to maintain your popular sandbox creation title on Playstation platforms for example the recently released PS4 edition from the game.  Making good on who advertise, the state run Playstation blog announced on Sept. 18 that Minecraft: PS4 Edition could be receiving a physical retail disc release this October.

Before the view more link launch of Minecraft's Xbox One and PS4 versions, 4J Studios expressed their wish to keep each of the various editions from the game about the same update schedule much like what they currently do on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.  The developer looks like it's adhering to that plan while they have finally revealed that the 1st cross-generational update is on its way soon.

With that in mind, it would seem obvious that Microsoft may wish to immediately begin earning going back on the investment.  This is why their dedication to carry on and support 4J Studios' Playstation ports of Minecraft is sort of puzzling.  After all, the best way to get profit should be to make Minecraft only at Xbox consoles to enhance their own hardware sales.

The video game has recently sold 54 million units eventhough it hasn't been released for the PS4, Vita and Xbox One. In fact, the console versions were able to outsold the first PC game with "Minecraft PS3 Edition" selling 1.5 million copies while "Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition" accounted for 12 million units also. The same game can also be making a killing through mobile phones.
